Phase 1 involves weatherproofing the hamlet (excluding the farm buildings) and renovating the house into a holiday rental.

The hamlet is weather-tight and the house is renovated

First craft workshops

Permaculture workshops in the vegetable garden, orchard or meadow

Autumn 2025

Start of phase 2

Renovation of the old watermill with :

- a kitchen/lab to host culinary workshops and process surplus produce,

- a room for creative arts workshops (sewing, knitting, conferences)

- an open office space

Spring 2026

Start of culinary and craft workshops

in the old watermill (cooking, bread making, sewing, conferences...)
